So if any of ya'lls remember how I got into that fire about a month ago, well here's the sequel. Don't get the wrong idea though there wasn't another fire
We hopped over to the left and stayed with our beloved neighbors for a month. Other than the fact that they have a loud 5 year old son, two guinea pigs, a cat that loves plastic, a kitten that's somewhat a spaz, and a mental dog, I really do love them. I love their house, everything they own, and more importantly- them.
However, we decided that we'll be moving in with another close household a couple days ago. We also love them, and their house is much quieter (with a more obedient dog, too), but honestly I wasn't too thrilled to be staying with them... I'm slowly adapting to it, but I think I really will miss living with our other neighbors.
At least I get to re-assemble my own room again. After flood damage and lots of bug issues in the basement of our house, I just stayed on the couch for months. But now we cleaned out the burned house, found lots of my old stuff that I had nearly forgot about, and it's all back in one room again. It feels good.
I also get the computer in my room.
But not the point!
So that's why I have not been active lately, and I would have uploaded my school sketchbook doodles a long time ago if it weren't for our neighbor's messed up scanner, ha... but I'm back. Back with my old computer, in which hopefully we will fix my good computer in the near future, my old scanner, which is fully functioning but makes very awkward and loud noises when you do something with it.
That's my month in a nutshell. As for the rest of this week and later through March, I'm trying to wrap up my quarter which isn't going well with all this moving crap. Next week and the following week I have the annual super-duper important state test or whatever... so there'll be that. Not too worried though, never found them difficult, they're just long and tedious.
After all this, I have spring break! Born free!
My final quarter of the year should be very relaxed, because I kind of have a free hour to draw. Yeah literally, my teacher dedicated an hour for me to draw stuff for her.
Every day. One free hour at school. That should be heavenly.
I guess that leaves me more room for drawing and projects, as well. I mean, I always say that whenever an opportunity creeps up, but in the end I never do it, do I?
Thanks for reading.
