Alright so last week I got Manga Studio 5 and I tried it out within the week by drawing something and getting halfway done with it. I supposedly save it and it and my cursor does the little loading thing most likely indicating that it was saving. So then I close out and it says that changes have been made since I last saved it... so I click "Save Changes" and exit out.
Next time I open Manga Studio my work isn't there in the .lip file. Nothing. Didn't bother me too much since it was my first time with the program.
Few days ago I started a different project to get away from the other one for a while. I was almost done with it (and I saved 3 different progress files just to be safe), and today I open the last one that had the most progress, and some of the layers are missing- but the image looks exactly like the way I last left it. I zoom in and the color disappears! As in it's just the linework layer! And it remains permanent after doing so!
The second progress file was also corrupted, but the first was not. The first had all the layers... nothing wrong with it whatsoever.
TL;DR first time around Manga Studio doesn't even save my work when it clearly asked me if I wanted to save, second time around the files get corrupted with missing layers.
Starting to debate if spending the 40 bucks on it was really worth it. Help?
ALSO I HAVE A LOT OF UPCOMING PROJECTS and I'm scared to start them since all this crap has been occurring with Manga Studio...
